Types Of Organizations

When was the last time you re-observed and re-designed your business? How can we make happier companies? How can you keep your company relevant?

Our company culture is the most important estructure for our organization. Since the first humans and until now, we have always been organized, and by the passing time this types of organizations have changed to fulfill our organizations needs and to accomplished our goals, bur there are different types of organizations that have been discovers and applied all over the history. Do you know them? Let’s talk about them!

Red Organization

This organization is the mafia type one because is the one where you are with me or against me. If you’re with me you’ll survive, but you’re not, you’re dead. This type of organization was created by our first world settlers to survive in an hostile world where if you weren’t organized, you wont see the light of the next day.

Amber

The military type of organization. Where you have a very structured chain of command and where you have to obey direct order from whoever the leader is. Another Example of this organization is the Church, where you have the pope in front of all the organization and the priest at the bottom.

Orange

This type of organization is the one who is only focused on goals and numbers. Most of actual organizations still based on this structure and they might be productive but are they happy organizations? Usually this companies have CEOS who work over 80 hours per week, and ir probably works for them bur, is this organization the one who provides happiness to our collaborators?

Green

The green one is a very attractive type but also its a very tricky one. This type of organization is most viewed on ONG’s where there are no bosses or no leaders who represent more than other collaborators. This might sound like truly happiness for all the team members but we already realized that this is not the type of organization you would like to adopt as your culture because we, as a human race, are not prepared to focus on individual task and after that accomplish a goal synergy between departments.

Sky Blue

This is the type of organization that Re- Groups have adopted as our company culture. The type of organization where the pyramid is inverted and the leadership has become a facilitator of the correct company tools so the collaborators can accomplish their goals and lead the company to a healthy culture, a healthy economy and of course, a healthy structure. Every company is different so this culture have to be applied different to each one of them but we are convinced that the Sky Blu organizations are the future of the successful companies.
